读/写列是工具在不受限时的完整能力。显示为 pkg (actions…) 的包仅暴露该工具的那些操作 —— 例如 manage_script_include 注册为 R/W，但只读包（core、standard）将其暴露为 standard (get, list)。未带括号列出的包以工具的完整读/写能力暴露该工具。
